Woodcut Festival “Multiple Mnemonics – Between Reality & Fiction”

The “13th Ulsan International Woodcut Print Art Festival” opened today in the Ulsan Culture & Arts Center.
The steering committee of the festival and the curator Mr. Taeho Choi personally invited prof. Kęstutis Vasiliūnas to create new woodcut print installation and to participate in the “13th Ulsan International Woodcut Print Art Festival”.

Kestutis Vasiliunas. “Goya 1808-2025”, (woodcut on canvas, letterpress, 157 cm x 470 cm) inspired by Francisco Goya’s painting “The Third of May 1808 in Madrid”. Anti-military installation.
